Facility and Site Monitoring
Maps, tags, sensors and live dashboards for the places where your people and equipment work. Planned around your site, built as your software.
Four Layers of a Monitored Site
A useful system answers one question fast: what needs attention, and where is it.
Site Infrastructure
We plan how readings leave the site. Sensor data, tag scans and check-ins travel through local gateways over Wi-Fi or cellular to a cloud system.
- GPS for outdoor areas
- Bluetooth beacons, fixed scan points or ultra-wideband indoors
- Rugged tablet check-in stations
Location Heatmaps
An interactive map colors every site by status, from normal to watch to alert. Click in to zoom. Zone counts of flagged items show which area is busiest.
- Summary tiles for sites, headcount and sites in alert
- Per-zone counts with the busiest zone named
- An alert counter that follows the map
Sensor and Chemical Tag Monitoring
Passive color-change tags react to heat, cold or UV. Paired with a QR, DataMatrix or NFC tag, each scan records what the indicator shows against the item and the place.
- Temperature and other sensor readings checked against your bands
- Each band shown in plain words next to the reading
- Scan notes kept by item for a running record
Telemetry Dashboards
One live screen for everyone on duty. It shows who is on site, how many alerts are open and the status of tagged equipment. Reading cards for each person or asset sit beside an event feed.
- Separate sign-ins for managers, supervisors and staff
- A field notes form, saved and grouped by item
How We Build It
You see the software working before anything is bolted to a wall.
Map the site and what matters on it
We list your sites, the zones inside each one, the equipment worth tagging and the conditions worth reading. That list decides everything after it.
Build a working prototype on sample data
The map, the zone counts and the dashboard run on realistic sample readings. Your team uses it and tells us what is missing while changes are still cheap.
Plan the hardware per area
Each area gets the location method that suits it, from GPS outdoors to beacons or fixed scan points inside. Tags and check-in stations are chosen last, once the screens are settled.
Connect live readings and set the bands
Real data replaces the sample data. You set the thresholds, and the map and dashboard start counting alerts against them.
Parts You Can Start With
Each piece is also available on its own if you only need one layer today.
We build the software and plan the hardware around it. We do not certify equipment or sites, and nothing here replaces the safety program, inspections or professional advice your industry requires.
Site Monitoring Questions
What can you monitor at a site?
Who has checked in and where, which tagged equipment is in which zone, and readings from sensors or indicator tags. Every record is tied to a place on the site map, so a reading always has a location.
What is a chemical indicator tag?
A passive tag printed with ink or woven with thread that changes color when it has been exposed to heat, cold or UV light. It needs no battery. We pair it with a QR, DataMatrix or NFC tag so a quick scan records what the indicator shows against that item and that place.
Do we have to buy hardware before we see anything?
No. We start with a working prototype on sample data. You can use the map and the dashboard before any sensor, beacon or tablet is bought. The hardware plan comes after you know what you want to see.
How are alerts decided?
You set the bands. Each reading is checked against them and shown in plain words. Anything outside a band counts as an alert on the map and the dashboard. Email and text notifications are part of our automated alerts service.
What does it cost?
It is quoted per project. The quote depends on how many sites and zones you have, how location is found in each area, and what you want to watch.
