Business Automation Audit

A map of the systems you run today and a costed order of work for fixing them. Every step is priced, explained and approved on its own.

Two Deliverables, One Decision

The map tells you where you stand. The order of work tells you what to do first and what it costs.

The System Map

We document the software each department relies on, what each system holds, and where the handoffs between them break down. Findings are rated critical, high or medium.

  • A section for each department: finance, IT, sales, operations and leadership
  • What is already working, listed as plainly as what is not
  • Where a CRM fits, and what the realistic options cost

The Costed Order of Work

Every recommended step becomes a line item with a fixed price and a written reason. Totals are added from the lines, so the arithmetic is on the page.

  • Steps ordered by what depends on what
  • A quick win placed first, so something improves right away
  • Optional ongoing care kept outside the total

How the Audit Is Done

Every fact in the report says where it came from.

Measure what can be measured

We test your website and public systems ourselves. Anything we could check directly is marked as measured.

Read real records, then confirm them with a person

Data fields are identified from actual rows, confirmed with the people who use them, and checked record by record against the system's own screens.

Label every source

Each finding carries one of five labels: measured by us, told to us by your team, read from a screen share, general product knowledge, or a third-party directory.

Price the work and set the ladder

Steps are priced one by one and placed on an approval ladder with a running total. A paid proof comes before any large integration, because it buys a decision rather than a build.

Integration Without Risk to Your Core System

When the plan touches your ERP or accounting system, our default design only reads.

Read-only by design

Data comes from a database view or a scheduled flat file. There is no write-back and no schema change, and nothing is installed on your server.

A guard for stale data

If the feed stops, the system says so loudly rather than quietly showing yesterday's numbers as today's.

What is not included

The report lists what we will not do and what the price does not cover, so nothing surprises you after approval.

Automation Audit Questions

What do we get at the end of the audit?

A private web page with two parts. The system map shows what you run today and where it falls short. The order of work lists every recommended step with its price, its reason and what it depends on.

Do we have to buy the whole program?

No. Each step is approved on its own and the running total is shown as you go. You can stop after any step.

Will you change our ERP or accounting system?

Our default design reads from your system and never writes back to it. That means a read-only database view or a scheduled flat file, no schema change and nothing installed on your server.

Why are the prices not round numbers?

Each line is priced from the work it takes, and the totals are added up from the lines. A round number is usually an estimate, and we would rather show our arithmetic.

What does the audit itself cost?

It is quoted to the size of the business, meaning how many systems, departments and locations the map has to cover.

Know What to Automate First
