What is AppWT CRM?

Your own CRM, hosted and run by AppWT. Website leads land with the page and source that produced them, move through pipeline stages named for how your business works, and get follow-up by email, with sign-ins, exports and record edits logged and your data exportable at any time.

What does AppWT CRM involve?

Contacts and leads with the source of every inquiry recorded. A pipeline with its own stages for each business, including won and lost, and tasks with due dates on each lead. Lead scoring that shows the reasons behind each score. Multi-step email campaigns, plus landing-page funnels whose follow-up can include text to people who opted in, with text consent recorded per contact, delivery receipts kept and a STOP reply honored automatically. Workflows that schedule email and task follow-up on a timeline, documents stored on the record, and an activity history the team can read. Each user sees what their role allows; sign-ins, exports, permission changes and record edits are written to an audit log; the data is backed up nightly; and contacts and leads export to a spreadsheet file at any time. We set it up for your business, connect it to your website forms and keep it running.

How much does AppWT CRM cost?

Hosted or custom: who owns what

AppWT offers two kinds of CRM. AppWT CRM is a hosted account on software AppWT runs. A Tier 5 custom portal is software built for one business. Here is how they differ on ownership, exports and leaving.

Is AppWT CRM a hosted account, a dedicated install or a custom system?

AppWT CRM is a hosted account. AppWT runs one CRM system for many businesses. Every record belongs to one business account, so each business sees only its own records. It is not a separate install for each client. A system built only for your business, such as a client, patient or partner portal, is Tier 5 Enterprise custom development, which starts at $24,997.

Who owns the CRM software and the code?

The AppWT CRM software is AppWT's own tool. AppWT's terms of service say its own frameworks, tools and methods stay AppWT's property and may be reused across projects. For custom work, the terms say ownership passes to the client after full payment, as set out in the project agreement. These terms apply unless a written agreement says otherwise.

What can I export from AppWT CRM?

Account owners and staff users can download leads and contacts as a CSV spreadsheet file at any time. The lead file includes each lead's source, form, pipeline stage and message. Documents stored on a record download one at a time. Other records, such as tasks, activity history and campaigns, have no self-serve export today. Every export is written to the account's audit log.

What happens if I leave?

AppWT's terms of service say either side can end a service agreement with written notice, and the client pays for work completed up to that date. You can export your leads and contacts yourself at any time, including before you leave. For anything else about leaving, ask us to put it in your written agreement before you sign.
