Eight systems. One company that built all of them.
Ordering, customer follow-up, analytics that can see when an AI recommended you, training, manuals, instant quotes, support and server bridging. Written by us, hosted by us, answered by us. Michigan, family owned, practicing since 1997.

AppWT Relay
Online ordering, reservations and kitchen tickets
Take the order online, and make sure the kitchen actually sees it. Relay splits a single order across as many destinations as the room needs: food to the kitchen printer, drinks to the bar, everything to the expo screen. Each one is retried and acknowledged on its own, because a missed ticket is a walked customer.
- Menus, modifiers and 86-ing an item in one tap
- QR code ordering at the table
- Kitchen display screens
- Reservations
- Card payments
- Order routing rules per station
- Reports from the order snapshot, not the live menu
- Embeddable on any existing website
AppWT CRM
Leads, pipeline and follow-up that runs itself
Every enquiry lands in one list with the source it came from. The follow-up runs without anyone remembering to do it, and the record of who agreed to be contacted, when, and in what words, stays with you as evidence rather than as a tickbox.
- Leads and pipeline stages
- Funnels with the follow-up attached
- Campaigns and newsletters
- Workflows and automation
- Lead scoring with the reason why
- Source tracking
- Quotes, invoices and what was actually paid
- TCPA consent records
- Nightly backups
AppWT Analytics
Privacy analytics that can see AI referrals
Ordinary analytics tells you a visitor arrived. This tells you they arrived because ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity recommended you. That is the traffic source deciding who wins local search over the next few years, and most dashboards cannot see it at all.
- Referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and voice search
- Bot filtering that keeps crawlers out of your numbers
- No third-party trackers on your visitors
- Runs on our server, not a data broker
AppWT Institute
The training, with certificates that verify
Courses on AI visibility, local search and digital marketing, written as short lessons rather than a three hour video nobody finishes. Certificates carry a verification URL, so the certificate can be checked by whoever is being shown it.
- Course, module and lesson structure
- Quizzes and attempts
- Verifiable certificates
- Team and business enrollment
- Progress tracking
AppWT Manuals
Operator guides in plain English
Written manuals for the jobs a small business owner has to do and nobody explains: security, AI visibility, local search. Print on demand, so a real book arrives, and the production pipeline runs on our own presses rather than a licence to somebody elses.
- 87 titles in the live catalog
- Print on demand fulfillment
- Digital and physical editions
- Four-market English spelling codex
AppWT Quote Builder
Instant quotes for the trades
A customer answers a few questions about the job and gets a number, at eleven at night, without waiting for a callback. Built per trade, because a lawn care quote and a junk removal quote do not ask the same questions.
- Lawn care, junk removal, cleaning, catering and more
- Per-trade question logic
- Instant priced estimate
- Leads land in the CRM
AppWT Support
Tickets, requests and the work queue behind them
Where a client request becomes a tracked item with an owner and a finish date instead of an email somebody meant to answer. This is the desk our own team works out of, which is the only reason to trust that it survives a real week.
- Client requests and ticket queue
- First in, first out work scheduling
- Per-client history
- Showcases for the platforms we build
Server Bridge
Custom code on a platform that forbids it
If a business is stuck on a builder that will not let them add real code, Server Bridge runs the custom part on our server and connects it to the site they already have. They keep the site. They stop being limited by it.
- Custom functionality bridged into a locked platform
- Works alongside an existing site
- Hosted and maintained by us
Ownership and exit
Buyers ask who owns what when an agency runs the software. These answers cover AppWT CRM and AppWT Analytics, the two platforms that hold a client's business data.
Is AppWT Analytics a hosted account or a custom system?
AppWT Analytics is a hosted account. AppWT runs one analytics system on its own server. Every website you add gets its own site record, and that site's data is stored under it.
What can I export from AppWT Analytics?
From the dashboard you can download reports as CSV files: overview, daily traffic, top pages, traffic sources, AI referrals, search traffic, or one full report. These are summary reports. Raw visit-by-visit data has no self-serve download today.
Is AppWT CRM a hosted account or a custom system?
AppWT CRM is a hosted account. AppWT runs one CRM system for many businesses, and every record belongs to one business account, so each business sees only its own records. Owners and staff users can download leads and contacts as a CSV file at any time. A system built only for your business, such as a client, patient or partner portal, is Tier 5 Enterprise custom development, which starts at $24,997.
Who owns the software and the code?
AppWT CRM and AppWT Analytics are AppWT's own tools. AppWT's terms of service say its own frameworks, tools and methods stay AppWT's property and may be reused across projects. For custom work, the terms say ownership passes to the client after full payment, as set out in the project agreement. These terms apply unless a written agreement says otherwise.
What happens if I leave?
AppWT's terms of service say either side can end a service agreement with written notice, and the client pays for work completed up to that date. You can download your CSV exports yourself at any time, including before you leave. For anything else about leaving, ask us to put it in your written agreement before you sign.
Questions
Do I have to install anything?
No. Every platform here runs in a web browser. Relay goes further: the receipt printer in a restaurant kitchen talks to our server directly, so there is no computer, no driver and no vendor software anywhere on site.
Can I use just one of them?
Yes. Each platform stands on its own and is useful by itself. They share a login and pass data between each other when you run more than one, which is where the compounding starts.
Who actually built these?
We did. AppWT has been building software as a practice since 1997 and runs all of it on our own Michigan server. When something breaks you are talking to the people who wrote it.
Where is my data?
On our server in the United States, under our own account, not resold to a data broker and not priced by how many contacts you have.
What is the difference between the platform and the network?
The platform is the eight systems on this page that you log into. The network is the AppWT service sites, each built for one job. They are listed at appwt.com/network/.
